Property Owners Association dues are $1,340.89 per quarter. Dues are collected quarterly, in advance. Maintenance fees cover on-site management, gated security, sewer, trash pick-up, common liability insurance, site landscaping, automatic irrigation, clubhouse and amenity upkeep, lakes & fountains, and cable television. Property owners are responsible for site electric, property taxes, and water. Optional items available on the sites not included are Wifi & telephone. A resale capital assessment of $5,000 is due at the time of purchase and is paid by the buyer.
Pelican Lake Realty, Inc. manages a full service rental program for Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort owners. This full service rental management is available to all owners wishing to rent their property in Pelican Lake. Revenues are split 80% to the property owner and 20% to the rental management company.
